Bayswater Transformation — Major Structural Works Complete

We’re excited to share significant progress on our Bayswater project – a truly unique architectural transformation involving the complete remodelling, extension, and reimagining of a substantial private home across all levels.

From the outset, the brief called for ambition: a full reconfiguration and bold interventions to unlock the property’s full potential, both spatially and experientially. The structural phase – by far the most complex and demanding stage of the project – is now complete, marking a major milestone in bringing the design to life. A bespoke staircase, installed by specialist fabricators, now anchors the scheme and begins to define the house’s spatial experience.

With internal and external glazing and floor installations scheduled over the coming weeks, the project is rapidly transitioning into its next phase, where the character and atmosphere of the spaces will fully emerge.
