Trade coffee shop in Spitalfields just got published by Architectism

From Architectism (link):

The TwistInArchitecture practice designed this café in their home city of London with materials such as copper tubes or timber boards to reference the trade history of the Commercial Space area in the east side of the city.

The Trade café begun through the conversion of a run-down space with three separate areas that were maintained as in the original layout do offer a display area, coffee, food preparation and seating room for the customers.

The copper tubes have been arranged in different patterns to create a screen in the central area of the café and they are also visible on the staircase balustrade. The metal light fittings were suspended by a copper tube as well and they increase the industrial feeling even more.
