Kensington Project Receives Planning Approval — A Complete Rebuild Behind a Heritage Facade

We’re pleased to share that our ambitious Kensington townhouse proposal has received full planning approval.

The project involves a complete architectural transformation — with only the original front façade retained, the rest of the house will be entirely rebuilt. The approved scheme includes a new full basement, double-height volumes above the dining space, and a carefully orchestrated sequence of light-filled interiors that balance grandeur with liveability.

Securing consent for such an extensive rebuild in a conservation zone required deep technical knowledge and sensitive design — and we’re proud to see this bold vision move forward.
