Student Housing Proposal Awarded Shared Third Prize
Our design for a new student accommodation complex in Belgrade has been awarded a shared Third Prize in a major international competition, with no second prize awarded.
This ambitious project challenged us to transform a cluster of ageing student residences through a combination of thoughtful refurbishment and contemporary additions. Our proposal introduced a new building to host shared social spaces, flexible study areas, and modern accommodation, all arranged to foster community and connection.
Rooted in sustainability and urban sensitivity, the scheme reinterprets campus life with a focus on light, openness, and meaningful interaction. We’re honoured by the recognition and proud to contribute to the evolving architectural dialogue around higher education spaces.
