Rickstones Neighbourhood Centre: Planning Approved

We’re delighted to share that our proposal for Rickstones Neighbourhood Centre in Witham, Essex, has officially received planning approval.

This ambitious scheme — the result of a long, detailed process and extensive committee debate — establishes a new mixed-use centre in a growing commuter town. The approved development includes five commercial units and twenty-one residential flats of varying sizes, forming a new community focal point for the area.

The scheme was designed with care to reflect both the landscape and the practical needs of future residents. It balances formal frontage with a softer, more open southern aspect, creating a considered architectural rhythm that complements the surrounding setting.
