Second Prize for Lozionica Multi-Functional Complex Proposal

We’re proud to share that our design for the Lozionica Multi-Functional Complex in Belgrade has been awarded Second Prize in an open international competition. This ambitious urban and architectural proposal reimagines a historic industrial site as a vibrant new public and administrative hub.

Our approach focused on breathing new life into the original red-brick factory — preserving its robust character while introducing a contemporary annexe to house part of Serbia’s IT Ministry. The scheme balanced adaptive reuse with new build elements, weaving together past and future to create a truly multi-functional civic complex.
