This proposal received joint third prize in a major international competition focused on the architectural and urban regeneration of an existing student housing complex in Belgrade. The project combined the complete refurbishment of the existing buildings with the design of a new residence hall, introducing contemporary accommodation alongside shared social spaces, study zones, and co-working facilities. The design strategy aimed to enhance the student experience by integrating functionality, light, and community, thereby creating a campus that responds to both the city’s scale and the daily rhythms of student life.
